Lot of times it's said that vets tune lame duck coaches out, knowing they won't be there the following year. True impact (or not) impossible to measure.

But that’s just a question of whether the guys believe in the coach or not generally. Plenty of times the coach is on the hot seat but the players would go to war for him.

Anyone ever tried on the jackets or whatever they are the nfl players are wearing in the cold? Every time they come to the sideline a trainer is throwing one on them for seemingly a few seconds. They must be super warm for that short amount of time. Are they even available for purchase?

My daughters old soccer team used these things called Rally Bags. Same concept big oversized quilted cape type thing with a hood and no arm holes. They are indeed warm AF I'd wear it sitting out there watching her and be mad when she needed it
