When your starting [HOF] QB goes down then more often than not your season is done. Yes there are outliers but those same outliers are the reasons why teams with solid backups aren’t so quick to let them go. I feel for Jets fans but you don’t go spend big on a guy AND his potential backup in the same offseason.
