Yes all Penny 1s have heel slippage. You can go down .5 for less slippage but your toes will pay a price.

For those wondering about heel slippage for the all stars, I usually use 11.5 or 12 and for these I got an 11.5 and it's fine, not really any heel slippage. But I think if I would've gotten a sz 12 I definitely would've had a significant amount of heel slippage.

I can wear an 11 or 11.5. 11 my toes get crushed. 11.5 my heel slips. I went with an 11.5. I can double sock and maybe add another lace hole.
