wore Plats again yesterday. that glow was just from stepping outside and being in the sun for a minute or two

yeah i did a meetup at Ford City Mall yesterday and the shoes were actually glowing in normal lightning inside the mall. its pretty incredible that Nike was able to make a show that does in daylight
 
it's weird, the 1's glow harder and charge faster from inside light... the 2's glow harder from sunlight (don't get as intense from inside light, and don't charge as fast), and they also glow longer (when i turn off my lights at night and wake up the next day, in the dark, the 1's usually have no glow left in them, but the 2's do)...

the 2's have an actual GITD green color to them in natural light (when not charged)... the 1's have a dull yellow-ish look to them, so the 2's can be deceiving...

nike should of used this technology torwards those barkleys or penny's.  those barely glow
 
Do you guys think that $1500 for a pair of DS size 12 Solars is a decent price or should I hold out for a better deal in the future? Also how much will wearing them effect their resale value? Would it be a huge drop like the moment you drive a new car off the lot? Or would it not be that drastic?

That's an amazing deal cop that now. You can flip them for 2000+ easy. Rock em and still make a profit.
