You obviously are ignorant to the music industry. A $100M contract for example is based on projected sales as well as costs such as promotion and marketing that an artist receive. However, record contracts are almost entirely royalty based. Kanye is no different. 10%is the industry average. Maybe he can pull 15% cause of who he is. Bottom line when you take out the costs from his royalty from each album sale you're looking at cents per unit (wholesale price is where they get the royalty, not on the retail price which is usually 80% higher). If they did this it would be a smart idea
throw a lot of people off and have a site made just for the Yeezys only..........2 sites for each color and they should make it one shoe per customer NOT 1 shoe per color........give others a chance to alteast get ONE even if its not the color they really wanted im sure they wouldnt complain 

That seems like a long shot, I doubt they'd do that.  I believe personally that when they say will post a link when it's live, its just a link to the ndc page TBH

Clearly it will be on their servers. Doesn't change the fact that they said it won't be indexed on their store. The only way to get to the URL will be thru twitter, do why would I be refreshing or "camped" at Nike.com? Why would anyone?
