Should be no debate.  As long as the goods are less than $200, you won't be hit with customs duties--here they will be $100 at most.  They ship fast, too.  Buy them.

Neither.. I copped the allover flash and shield element. If I had to choose between the two than windrunner. It's more fitted. Thanks for the rep.

I could see that being an issue for some. I initially copped the allover but once I saw the shield for the great price i had to cop.
