Me personally, I wear the dark colors in the winter cause my jeans usually bleed and light colors x jean dye =

.....unless I rock sweats than all kicksare a go but more and more I'm starting to care less about the bleeding issue....

I have a questions because when the beets dropped my mom was not dropping the money on the shoes and im slightly color blind. Are the beets a maroon color?

good question about the beets. some shots of them in the flesh:

-black shiny leather is an easy pass.

BOTH HAVE THE SAME QUALITY ISSUES AS THE AUBURNS.

-here with a camera flash, they look like a deep cherry red color. not quite maroon.

-without flash, they still dont look like a maroon color, and not quite a infrared color..

With the quality issues at hand, I may have to pass.. Tempting to say the least though.

Thanks for the pics Wally. I am gonna let the beets go by but that Raider color is sick! Black and grey FTW(for the winter) haha. It will be nice to get a shoethats inexpensive and I dont mind beating up in the winter. I usually put my cars and my shoes in hibernation for the winter but these blk greys will be rockedthrough the off season. Need to find these.

Beets look pretty good. I like the beet outline on the back and the opposing colored toe panel.

so simple but they go so hard.. its very hard to explain and even more appreciation should be aided at the fact Tinker knew how to perfectlyexecute colorways for this line early on. A complex inter layered upper doesnt need color complications.

The beets carry through with a classic auburn style colorway execution and for that, get a true appreciation for that type of willingness for some change, butnot going too far away from what made the model great.

Above is just above every OG colorway released back in 1990-1991

The OG pink lowtop is just too sick. So basic but at the same time, so eye catching.

Only four of the above have seen any type of retro treatment. There have been obvious variations with your yellow themed 98s, carolina blues, and other c/ws.

-both of these retro only colorways took the c/w palette of the infrareds with just an upper lace colored, your outrigger midsole, and colored tongue.

im happy to see some basic back.

just envision a lowtop retro with bright infrared accents? top seller of the year.... this beet color is a bit dull imo

If the raider colorway was black suede I would shed a tear.

I can't roll with that papermache leather they've been using. Suede would have made the raiders color so official. Nike has lost it.
