Order from RRS came in and they shipped it in a box this time. A couple of days after placing the order, I chatted w/ cust. service and they told me they never ship in boxes.

I had FedEx hold it and I picked it up from there. I was expecting the bag, so I told the guy it's a grey bag w/ red lettering. He came back w/ a box and asked if I was going expecting another package.
