I called at 6:58 CT, was on hold for 30 seconds, got Donna and she placed the order for my size 11.5.
They are "backordered" but that just means they can't ship until tomorrow at the earliest since they don't release officially until tomorrow.
She said I was the second in line for the shoes so I should be getting my pair, assuming the first person on the list didn't grab my size.
My trick for not being on hold?
