I'm not so sure that Nike is looking to emphasize the diamond pattern so much as theyre trying to give the feel of a reflective water surface. the white highlights almost look airbrushed, really give it that luminescence that the ocean has in bright lighting.

Dukes aren't so bad. I like them more than last years. The blue on the upper is subtle, kinda has a gradient effect from the side profile. It's going to be hard to choose if you're going for 2-4 pairs.

I really wish they'd just post up all the colorways at once right from the start. Would make it so much easier for me to decide what I need vs something that's just nice/ok. It's never gonna happen though, so I guess I'll just hope for more leaks!
