it's so weird to see you talking about 240's lol. i always thought u were 100% american car guy...did you register with nico yet? you'll get hooked for a few years or so...i know i did when i had my s14. as far as brakes go, you'll be fine with a nice set of pads and a good rotor. i would look into finding a cheap set of slightly used coilovers and maybe some decent 4 lugs and call it a day. it's a fun car for cheap, so enjoy! for some reason i have a feeling the mod bug's gona bite you and you're gona go full engine swap, suspension upgrade, etc lol.

As much as I and the other Speedhunters love classic cars, the oneproblem with them is that they are "classic". What I mean, is thatthere is not quite the same amount of "fresh" material about classiccars as there is the for the newer stuff. That is why when I foundthese recently taken photos of this amazing black 240Z, I knew I had toshare them.

s301.jpg

This car perfectly combines the look of the vintage 240Z race cars witha modern vibe that is perfect for the street. The gleaming black paintis the icing on the cake.

s303.jpg

The Panasport wheels on the car manage to look monstrous, even under the crazy fender flares.

s304.jpg

In this shot, you can see the differences between the standard frontend (right) and the G-nose (left). In Japan, the Z was available withboth of them.

I'm not sure what's under the hood of this thing, but judging by theexterior and the roll bar, I imagine it's packing something a littlemore than stock.

If you will excuse me, I'm going to scroll back up and drool over the pictures some more.

I was just checking out the first whip on cardomain, the wheels fit it so perfectly.  Feels like that might be my next whip, wouldn't feel bad about copying that at all.

My dude, I have a 2010 Max in Ocean Grey. You will not regret getting one...they drive really smooth and are fast enough.  All they need is wheels and tint and maybe a 2" drop.
