I've tried (and loved) all of those except smw. I need to get a decant of that.
I agree on VIW lack of versatility. Great frags but I can only wear it like 3 weeks out of the year.
Traded it for some Tom Ford TV. Ironically it had the same problem but on the other extreme (freezing weather only)

for now, but i can get bottles of whatever you want. pdm, initio, nishane, parfums vintage, etc. i mostly focus on niche. can get some designer too. no Chanel tho

So got my http from bond. It's rancid also. 3 bottle of rancid http now. First 2 were from fragrancenet. Sent me 1, rancid, returned, sent another, rancid. Got my refund.
Copped from Bond last week, for 105. Was hype. Arrived, rancid af.

Let them tell it GIT is old man juice but IDC that **** is glorious.
VIW is cool, but it does not last at all, plus smelling like a pina colada only works in very few situations.

I love GIT. Hella manly. And fresh. Women dig it.
I love sweeter smells, so viw is cool. But yea, I mostly wear it on vacation or summer parties. It's situational for sure.

we joke and call it aventus "sport". it's aventus minus the bottom notes. they took out the woods and smoke. its a brighter, fresher version. same dna. it's perfect for summer days. white tee. on the go. easy dumb reach or you can rock it to the gym, for those who like "gym scents". we also joke and call it the prince since og aventus is the king. 19X01 batch is the favorite for most as it has a prominent mandarin note that ppl seem to like. it's really good, but it's not the king. hence the prince.

discounters like fragnet have authentic product, but almost always it's older product, which is why the discount. retailers have to move stuff they couldn't or didn't sell to make room for newer inventory. hence the discounters.

someone who says that, you know they are young and on the more inexperienced side. think about it... git was introduced in 1985. cool water is actually a clone of git as cool water dropped in 88. most ppl think it's the other way around. cool water was one of my favorite frags growing up. git is a much more complex, greater depth, more beautiful and luxurious. it has to be considered a timeless classic. it's older than most the ppl on this forum and still very relevant. at the very least, git is 8/10 easy

never ever disrespect the prince (AC-aventus cologne) by comparing it to trash CAHS (chanel allure homme sport). not even close. AC is crapping all over CAHS in every way possible. CAHS is linear, no depth at all, just totally bland and boring. it smells "good" on a designer level i guess. personally my favorite chanel ever is bleu de chanel edp. I'll jeep a fresh bottle of that for life. like aventus.
as for aventus, i can't speak for all the reform batches. but i can guarantee you 19Y11N is fire and is gonna be one of those highly sought after batches in the near future, which again is why I'm buying flacs. reform is due to certain ingredients being banned.

everyone is entitled to their opinion. GIT isn't "old" man, but rather "grown" man. but then it's versatile enough to where a young dude can wear it also. it can be worn casually or with a suit. it can be worn to a cookout/party or a funeral. its AWESOME as an office scent. not overpowering, but everyone will love and appreciate it. both genders will compliment. only season it's not really ideal for is winter, but technically you could even wear it in the cold also. awesome stuff.
on another note, i see there are some bond no. 9 lovers here. well chez bond is a git clone. it's pretty good too, for what it is, but it can't touch git.
