Loved RJ giving his respect to Quickley at the end

Don’t want some silly win streak now when I’m trying to trade into the top 3 of the lotto. Just glad to see the kids starting to flourish. The problem is that the youts have enough talent to beat anyone.

Let’s go Heat.
I fell asleep but figured they’d have a chance.

Deuce & Grimes will make IQ expendable soon enough.

IQ & Randle plus picks for Banchero .

Aside from Julius, if Noel and Rose gave us what they gave us last year I guarantee we would be a few games over 500. Not saying much but they were a big reason for our success last year. Everyone knew Julius couldn’t replicate what he did last season.

Noel & Rose wouldn’t be enough. Yes, better, but still a sub 500 team as those two don’t move the needle enough for that much of a swing. With a couple moves though, they should be back to where they left off LAST SEASON.

I agree with the idea of Thibs and always being competitive or in it to win it. Like I said, Thibs is what he is so now the team has to make changes since that’s not going to. The good thing now is that the formula is clear.

GM 🧢
Brunson-Barrett-Reddish-Grant-Bamba
McBride-Rose-Grimes-Banchero-Sims
Taj

They gonna lose Mitch. Might as well try s&t & help acquire Brunson or that top 3 pick.

Mo is serviceable, has a paint presence, stretches the floor & will still be cheaper than Mitch

Deuce still gonna be better than Jalen so they can switch when he’s ready.

Dudes like IQ are great to have but I like Grimes better as the 6th man.

Need all those kids to reach their potential. Deuce,RJ, Cam & Banchero are all elite talents.

Obi is nice & if the draft don’t work out he needs the support from the team.

Couldn’t see a scenario where they were able to get Paulo & still keep Obi. Trading him immediately if it was required.

Sims has other worldly athaleticism. Idk how far he takes his game but a jumper isn’t far away. That’s the next step in his development. Def doesn’t have the instincts like a Mitch but he’s no slouch defender by any means. Actually think he moves a bit more coordinated than him. He’s got the tools to guard 1-5.

RJ, Paulo & Cam can figure out who’s 1,2 & 3 in that Big 3.
They’ve drafted very well since Phil left. Absolutely hate the position their in now with the elite talent finally getting time. These meaningless wins are going to make the summer more difficult.

They really aren’t a poorly constructed team. The GMs have done a great job getting pieces that jell together.. The issue is they’re not the Bucks in term of development. What I mean by that.. the Bucks have always excelled at giving their prospects/Stars one HOF level skill

For example.. the staff wants Toppin to come in the game and dunk on anyone even if it means picking up a foul. They want Robinson/Noel to play Mutombo/Camby/Chandler/Gobert level interior defense.

They figured Fournier already had elite level outside shooting as long as he’s open.

Now instead they’re playing more like the Jazz without an elite level slasher.. which is why Rose is so desperately missed.

If you remember the old Jazz teams with Boozer.. Randle in this system is asked to play more like Boozer.. except Randle has a larger skill set but not one move he’s known for that can’t be stopped.

Ya seen those 75th anniversary “silver” Knick shorts on m&n?

Wouldn’t mind seeing an alternate/city uniform like that in the future… 👀

I would have copped for like 70-80, see if they make it to a discount…

I didn’t know Mitch went & got an apt in Dallas.

Don’t let that man walk for nothing.

Smfh.

Deuce getting loose just in time. Randle could even look tolerable if the rotation stays smart.

And Cade is nice AF.

#2v#2 March Madness

My boy Deuce is a tank. Man rolls up on his ankle but he too has tree trunk legs so he runs up the court to shake it off.

Frank would be done for the season👋.

Obi showing out & IQ upping that trade value.
