if you listen to his postgame from last night, he’s so hesitant to give the young kids as much credit as they deserve for constantly carrying this team and always goes back to how well the vets like randle played in the game (when they didn’t at all)

You clearly see it during games.

Yesterday Grimes was having a great defensive game ..... and one mistake Thibs called a time out an on his ear ... now Im not saying that's not what Thibs suppose to do, but for god sake, do it to everyone .... not just the rookies that are playing well.
