So for anybody too young to know or remember, back in the day, TV went off the air at like 1am, 2am, and came back on at 6am. Like, it cut to static.
I hope to see the day where the FCC pulls Fox News's broadcast license for not actually being media, and this happens - they fade to black.
When it would happen back in the day, you typically got like the american flag waving and a little song or something for a few seconds, and then it would go off. I will sarcastically salute their network the day they get pulled off the air (and you know they will have the flag waving and try to act like they are patriots raising the flag on Iwo Jima or some dumb ****), and laugh myself to sleep. And then get up the next morning to make sure they're gone for good. Make America Grown-ups Again.

Fox just needs to be sued by a couple more people and they’d lose all their talking points. Once that’s the case they’ll shut themselves down or just sell commemorative coins and chiapets

The FCC is powerless in regards to Fox News. It's cable. The only thing that can kill FNC is either a giant, Gawker-style lawsuit (pending!), or their advertisers all bail en masse (never gonna happen). Ultimately, all content on cable is governed by advertisers.

Don't do illegal things and you don't have to worry about it. Also, reminds me of the South Park episode where Cartman sneaks into the NSA so he can see his file, and he gets upset when it turns out he's super uninteresting and they don't even have him flagged for surveillance.

Good points with regards to a couple recent issues -- 1) how targeted should stimulus checks be? (should we tier them by income level or just give everybody the same amount?) and 2) how targeted should the vaccine roll-out be? (should we just open it to everybody and let it sort itself out?)
Sad fact is the United States taught the Nazis everything they knew.
Hitler and the Nazis literally copied everything the United States did to Black people for hundreds of years...the only difference being there was no use for Jewish labor on a massive scale.
Well that and the fact that Jewish isn't a skin color so hiding in plain sight is an option black folks never had.
