As it was pointed out in the Vox Convo episode posted above, Democrats have the opportunity to use these actions by Republicans to strengthen the message that all of us who don't belong to the real American elite club are losing when the GOP is in power.
They will promote policies that will make life worse for all, point at the scapegoat du jour, count how many people take the bait, and take their ****. Nobody but them benefits from division.
