Why are these a thing

Weapons are either made to be smarter or more destructive for the most part. This(FoAB) and the MoAB are supposed to be a means of creating a big explosion without using nuclear material(no risks of nuclear fallout).

I agree. And I hope there’s an appropriate level of push back and non-compliance.

But at the same time, it’s not great when we’re relying on bureaucrats to se policy via their own action.
