Hmm, how surprising. Who would expect Trump supporters to massively bot pro-Trump twitter traffic and online polls? Hillary supporters too of course to a lesser extent. But this is why online polls are meaningless.

When Anthony Tennent took the flyer out of his Albuquerque, New Mexico mailbox, he knew he had to tell somebody.

“I’m not that big into social media. I don't usually take the time to share that kind of thing,” he told The Daily Beast. “It really bothered me.”

The mailer shows a woman in a cold blue hue peeking through her blinds. “When the Democrats win the election and you didn’t do your part… your neighbors will know,” it reads, in all caps.

The back shows a map of houses, some tagged with red check marks in blue pinpoints.

“Do your part in this election,” it says. “After all, voting is a matter of public record.”

The flyer says it was mailed by the Republican Party of New Mexico. A spokesperson  for the party, W. Tucker Keene, told The Daily Beast the party had, in fact, mailed the card. He said he was in a meeting and hung up when asked more about the flyer.

In another January 2012 appearance, Trump Jr. accused Obama of being racist by labeling others racists.

You can't be in favor of democracy and support Trump. The only people who think otherwise are those who do not understand the ramifications of the things he says and the actions he is encouraging his supporters to consider (from voter intimidation to suggesting a witch hunt and a possible attempt to kill a candidate). When a public figure's declarations can create tangible reactionary events, they're no longer "just words folks."

i understand you. trump has said so many things that, on their own, should destroy a candidate.

Trump's done at least 100 things in the past couple weeks that would literally destroy any normal candidate. He's muddied the waters so much that pure nonsense skates by as normal.

In the first debate, he went on a 5 minute rant and the overall purpose of the story was to say how he proud he was about having ONE country club that allowed black people. I would love to see the response if Obama went on random Ron Burgundy like rants that made no sense.

Dudes been acting like a baby and a buffoon this entire cycle. There's literally not enough time in the day to cover all his BS. Policy aside (let's pretend we can just agree to disagree on racism, police brutality, abortion, discrimination, tax polixy that only benefits the rich, etc) - the media has been EASY on him. This guy has said things that dictators say, goes off the handle on a weekly basis, shows his lack of prep for everything, flip flops constantly, bashes anyone who doesn't agree. How many times is he blatantly lying or just straight up wrong?

I'm just happy he's too dumb and lazy to really win. That's the only thing really stopping him - which is scary.

That's what not having term limits does: it incentivizes keeping your seat at the trough instead of working to make American lives better. This is exarcerbated by the reliance on private donors to sustain one's political career. We need to reform the way Congress works so that it puts us first. We need to amend the constitution to introduce term limits for all elected officials. Presidents worry more about their legacies because of that. Congresspeople don't.
