I feel you man. :smh:

I just voted too. I wrote myself in for one of the judges and green parties the state auditor but the rest all dem.

I already got my ballot in the mail, you don’t need to go in person here.

I’m voting by mail because I’ll be very busy on Election Day driving a U-haul back and forth between Home Depots and polling places. George Soros always assigns me the job of bringing undocumented immigrants to the polls, I can’t complain. It’s way more engaging work compared to sitting in the basement of a black church or LGBTQ community center filling out the ballots of deceased people all day.

Bro you need to get on the Gates payroll. The big guy just lets me load up the voting machines in the back of my tax-payer-funded Rivian and take them wherever I want to get people to push buttons. Doesn't matter which button they press, they all add votes to the Democrat on the ballot.

Old Hershel was just preparing for a career in the governments.

NIMBYs say the darndest things.

For one thing, there’s a good chance her immigrant parents are landowners who came to the US with suitcases full of Kruggerands and a list of Florida congressmen who will hook them up with Federal construction contracts.

Second, does she know how speculation works? Those who speculate on real estate try to constrict supply in order to drive up prices of the properties that they own and want to sell at a profit.

Third, building mixed use commercial-residential properties and higher density housing creates more economic dynamism in a local area and causes single family homes to be more valuable. For example, homes in the suburbs of Los Angeles are worth a lot, but spacious single family homes close to the business districts in Hollywood, Downtown LA, and Century City, are worth even more.
