Second, does she know how speculation works? Those who speculate on real estate try to constrict supply in order to drive up prices of the properties that they own and want to sell at a profit.

Third, building mixed use commercial-residential properties and higher density housing creates more economic dynamism in a local area and causes single family homes to be more valuable. For example, homes in the suburbs of Los Angeles are worth a lot, but spacious single family homes close to the business districts in Hollywood, Downtown LA, and Century City, are worth even more.

Ehh that’s a very slippery slope. The bar for opening investigations is far lower than the bar for charging someone, and further lower than actually convicting them.
It would be relatively easy to weaponize a hypothetical law like that if it were constitutional, which I assume it wouldn’t be.

I’m voting by mail because I’ll be very busy on Election Day driving a U-haul back and forth between Home Depots and polling places. George Soros always assigns me the job of bringing undocumented immigrants to the polls, I can’t complain. It’s way more engaging work compared to sitting in the basement of a black church or LGBTQ community center filling out the ballots of deceased people all day.

I hope this gets picked up and I get to do an interview on Fox.
