Why are you being dense

THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES JUST CAN'T PASS LAWS.

Immigration reform was looking like it was going to happen in Congress, and Obama said he would happily sign it. It was the far right/Tea Party that threw a fit and the few members of the GOP that supported it, ran away from the bill. Like Rubio and McCain.

Obama even took a political lost in the courts over his deportation policy, because he was trying to keep families together. He even famously said, "If you have a problem, pass a bill"
The fact is both parties really dont want to pass immigration reform. They've  both had several years to pass something.

Obama's dumb *** should've gotten immigration reformed passed before Obamacare...he would've had plenty of GOP folks on board instead of that Cluster **** Obamacare that Zero GOP members got fingerprints on.

Yes I have.

And if you have the ACA, you would have been paying way more. Where you buying healht insurance on the free market before the ACA to know what it was like?

Two moderate Dems in the Senate and the entire GOP where against it. So please don't andetodal evidence is not going to be used as the authority as why Obama screwed up. He wanted better.

He took what he could get.
It didnt make my life better so my lived experience doe matters.

-I never said your life experience didn't matter, I said it can't be used as the measuring stick to how good or bad the law is performing

-And you're spewing nonsense about both parties being the same because you have been paying attention. Dems been downing for immigration reform with a path to citizenship for a minute. It was the GOP that ran away from it.

The laughable thing is that immigration isn't even a top issue facing the country...

it isn't, but it could've been a layup in 2008, instead he waited till after 2 midterms gutted Democratic numbers in congress to make it a issue...that's all his fault.

[thread="509493"]How many people has Obama deported?[/thread]

More than any other president. and you know what else........................he has to by law. You seem to want to ignore how government functions, just to complain.

When he tried to low down those deportations, he courts said he couldn't do that. LINK

Jeez dude. If you want to complain, get informed first.

Barry has deported the most people of any other president...

2.5 million from 2009 thru 2015...

The number of illegal immigrants in this country has been on a steady decline since 2008. We really haven't had a problem since 2003...

It's amazing how dense these deplorables are...

da coverup compounds da crime...

for once, i can see your point.. but the word "crime" in this context is like running a traffic light that just turned red

sure, its a crime... but to say someone isnt fit to be __________ and should be arrested because of it is absurd... even covering it up by saying that wasnt you driving the car isnt a life changing action

its wreckless and irresponsible, of course..

his Nickname is "da deporter in Chief" around my neck of da woods :

..
Yup I'm familiar with that nickname which is why I'm surprised so many Latinos support Hillary.

Obama wanted to get immigration reform done right after Healthcare. The main things he had to deal with in 2009 was saving the economy, and trying to get healthcare passed.

Healthcare was one of the major issues at the time, above nearly everything else after the economy was crashing. it was approaching a public health crisis.

The GOP signaled their might be bipartisan support for immigration reform, so healthcare took priority because it need to beat a filibuster on the number. Immigration reform looked like it won't have to do that.

When the Dems lost their super-majority in early 2010. And the GOP shut the door on any bipartisanship, closing the door on most other major reforms.

Obama been deporting people like hes Trump.

Dems are diet Repubs.

HE ******* HAS TO BY LAW. I just linked you an article discussing him trying to stop them, and the courts denied it.

Jesus Christ :{

You shade Ninja constantly, but you too have found bipartisanship. That doesn't send a message to you that you're swimming in a see of political ignorance right now? That you're agreeing with Ninja.

so imagine eating da light, and instead of getting da ticket, u floor it and its now a hot pursuit...

Hillary got absolutely no one to blame but herself for having a private server.

Comey's hand was forced because:

A. Lynched politicized herself when she let Slick Willie on her plane...so she had no credibility to order Comey.

B. Once Comey was ordered to congress under oath, he basically promised da committee he would update em if anything new happens immediately.

C. Comey knew PLENTY of da FBI rank & file wasn't onboard with letting her walk after she blatantly broke da law, so once those emails turned up while investigating Weiner's pervert way, it was do or die as far as preserving da integrity of da FBI.

This is the wildest part to me. And you can always tell people don't actually care when they bring up immigration reform, they just want to say something and sound like they pay attention/throw shots at Obama's administration.

All I'm saying is that its hypocritical to bash Trump for  being anti Latino/a when Obeezy is known as the deporter in chief in the heights.

Healthcare was approaching crisis levels.

Our economy was in shambles

The banking system and the auto industry looking like it might go under

Let's not pass a stimulus, or healthcare reform, or stabilize the economy; what really America should focus on is immigration reform.

Yep, that what we should have focused on in 2009. :lol
