Vance calling him Waltz is killing me.

Walz has the same playbook as Kamala - he’s setting traps and Vance is jumping into them.

A lot of immigration does push down wages for some “semi skilled” jobs. It does affect disproportionately non college and not white.

The Trump-Vance campaign is trying to take limited and localized wage depression, due to immigration, and make it into the norm.

The fact is that actually middle class people (people who have to work but have significant savings, and a job that gets raises that outpace inflation), benefit tremendously from immigration. A big reason why so many Americans moved to the Southwest (including California and Texas, in this case) is because immigrants, mostly undocumented, have made the cost of living lower and it allows middle and upper middle class people to kind of live like aristocrats.

Us on the broader left, should avoid coming off as dismissive to the relatively small number of American citizens impacted by immigration, lest we come off as dismissive and hostile to all non white collar workers.

Vance is horrible but I will say, he’s an elder millennial Politics nerd. We’re excellent at bull****ting.

The blogosphere, early YouTube, and early Wikipedia being consumed in one’s early 20’s, makes for a powerful ability to trick and bamboozle boomers.

THANK YOU governor for demistifying the idea that conservatives push.

Human rights aren’t contingent on what State you live in. Or at least, they shouldn’t be.

Vance would have had an Ivy League email address in 04-05, he was probably one of the first non Harvard students to use OG Facebook.

You just know he used it to goon.

Moreover, he probably used Facebook for its Original purpose, grading women like cattle.

When it comes to gun control.

Conservatives increasingly believe that there will be a racial ragnarok in the next 20 years.

They see hunting rifles as inadequate in this coming battle.

When it comes to the competition for housing, what makes you “rich” in this context is having parents or some other benefactor who can help you with the down payment.

Building more homes along with down payment assistance is good policy.

This idiot thinks energy is going to solve the housing crisis.

The amount of 1940s homes that are like 3x what they’re worth, and haven’t been updated since 1985 isn’t because of the cost of lumber is a lot.

Conservatives know everything and nothing at the same time.

Wait so we’re supposed to listen to the experts on shootings (if you can even call cops that?) - but not healthcare or the economy? Have I got that right JD?
