What did you think "stop and frisk" was? Funny thing about that law is that applying it on white people yielded many more arrests than it did with black and brown people.

I always assumed you needed probable cause. But to just go up and ask anyone you feel like asking. I didn't understand what stop and frisk was lol

Probable cause is looking suspicious, which tends to mean brown.

Especially if have a hoodie on.

Its white people,ultra conservative religious people, rich people and old people

These are the passive aggressive types that take it out on the ballots.

And like I said, trump received less votes than romney.

We have to figure out why people didnt vote for hilary instead of why people voted for trump and go from there moving forward.

There were people that didn't vote period. Those people most likely have voted democrat before. They were no way going to vote for trump.

Those who say that the media was in the pocket of Hillary don't realize that her message was completely distorted by the media. They didn't care as much about Trump's multiple inconsistencies, questionable statements, and lack of detailed policy proposals as they cared about her emails. When you look at both plans, she was the one with the realistic plan that would have addressed the concerns of the heartland. They took many of her statements out of context and ran with them (e.g the statement about killing the coal industry, or the one where it was said that she laughed at a victim of sexual abuse were either incomplete or false). So what if she didn't have the gift of gab? That's really where Americans failed themselves: they didn't act as concerned, informed citizens, and they let their hate/dislike of Hillary influence them into voting against their interests/not voting. Now some are experiencing buyer's remorse and protesting an irreversible decision.

I can guarantee that many autoritarian regimes will be using the result of this election to prove that democracy doesn't work. You can't be the "best democracy in the world" if your people simply choose to stay home around election time.

fracking is gonna definitely play more now that gas is dirt cheap, so that will affect coal, but it won't have da regulations boot on its neck thanks to da EPA, so i can see a healthy number of those jobs coming back too.
