It's hard to appeal to people with ninjas mindset with articles and facts. Not an attack on him, it just does not work very well.
Use your own words as much as possible, show that you share common ideas and points, make your points relatable outside of a mental/on paper scope, as tangible evidence is far more important than worded facts, and don't insultingly attack their message no matter how bad you feel it is (unless it's racism).
Anything else you might as well not even bother

He's going to expand an energy market of coal and oil and practically treat the rust belt as slave workers with low wages until automation becomes cheap to the point where they are all replaceable.

he appealed to all the people who blame immigrants for being harder workers than they are, *these displaced workers like to take breaks every 30 mins, leave their energy drink cans all over the place and come back to work smelling like cigarettes, i also dont know what kind of jobs are going to hire these people when most of their tasks are done by machines in factories.
i had this coworker tell me about how difficult it was for him as a white male in south carolina, i wanted more insight so i just kept nodding my head.
he explained that he had to work so much harder than the people of color because whites are so much more succesful, and that those people are given scholarships and all types of other stuff for being mediocre, so now he has to try harder...damn thats rough.
this dude is 25 has a 6 year old daughter btw, i love this guy because he gives me a glimpse of their warped thought process,
the day after the election he told me he was glad trump won because the democrats came out calling him names and being bullies, *calling these folks racist is equal to calling them the N word.
one last thing: we were working one day and this guy interrupted a conversation about if there was ever a black person that had killed a bunch of people like this group,
i said theres genocides in africa but thats hardly ever talked about and this dude came outta nowhere and said theres black people worse than hitler...
we asked him like who? and he said well in chicago and black on black crime and i stopped him right there,
i asked do you really give a crap about gang members killing each other for their stupid reasons or is this just an excuse to make that group not seem so bad.
he walked away, stumped.

I'm hoping in my lifetime we'll get to see an anti Trump. Someone who's every bit as brash and anti pc and unorthodox but leans the opposite of Trump in most issues. And he actually has a moral code.
