"China's decision to award President Trump with a new trademark allowing him to profit from the use of his name is a clear conflict of interest and deeply troubling," Feinstein said in a statement.

"If this isn't a violation of the Emoluments Clause, I don't know what is."

Feinstein noted that China's move came days after Trump voiced support for the "One China" policy, which the U.S. has adhered to for decades but Trump questioned late last year.

Is there a limit of conflicts of interests he has to reach before action is taken.

They're making all these laws/clauses look extremely ineffective.

Yea I'm wondering when people are going to say enough is enough

I wonder how Trump voters that claim to be fiscal conservatives think of Trump being on vacation 24/7 on the people's dime

"radicalize Don Lemon" :lol my mans has had it

I said this during the campaign, would it be possible to do a news blackout on the president :lol maybe if you stop giving him attention he'll go away

You can't say 'This is a fake news story in my opinion'

You say 'This is a fake news story cuz I got facts that it's fake'

That's some alternative facts kind of thinking

Whoever that dude was (don't watch much CNN) is a lame. Adding on 'in my opinion' to an outrageous statement doesn't make it any more valid. Midas well say 'the sky isn't blue, in my opinion' while you at it

i was looking through the vid's comments, people were arguing that he and his family require and deserve protection wherever they go

...maybe they should stop going on vacation so much? didn't he say he's a billionaire and could cover his expenses...?

Don has HAD it :rollin :lol You could slowly see it building up over the past couple weeks, now I'm expecting a full blown breakdown by the end of the month. Good on that man for calling out the "fake news" talking point and shutting it down.

these people need help :(

....too bad Obamacare is/was being gutted :(

Imo, the Republican in the CNN video had the best opinion
Sure the first family deserves the best protection, but do they really need to always go on vacation and divert so much resources that they could just narrow down and not waste as much?
Fiscal conservatism is going to be a relic at this pace with the Trump admin

It's just funny to hear these trump surrogates do the same thing that they accuse liberals of doing.

I remember how onelimatt was complaining about how liberals keep trying to box him in by insisting he make his arguments within an arbitrary framework and one NTer replied with, 'oh you mean reality? That arbitrary framework?' Lmao

Ish is funny but also sad. Ppl really think that arguments are limited only by their imagination!

[thread="509493"]do yall watch this stuff daily?[/thread]
[thread="509493"]seems extremely toxic [/thread]
For me, I rarely watch cable news
At most I only watch an hour or two of it per week
I get most of my news from online or newspapers
And sometimes the 5 minute NPR news segment

score another one for the good guys...

funny lemon couldn't take it and properly defend his fraudulent organization. Had to tuck his tail and retreat [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji]

Good for Lemon. Led by the king idiot, trump and his people have launched a deliberate strategy to call everything "fake news." It's completely childish and wrong, but yet they persist. They need to be called out for their stupidity and trolling, not just because it's bad for America, but because it's an affront to mankind. **** them and may they all whither away on their own rather than take us down with them.

We're not stupid. We're not trump voters. We're not going to fall for the ********. A downfall is coming and only his people are going with him.

Interesting.
a couple ways to interpret this.

it could be he's positioning himself to take over next month when trump is impeached.

or it's just a cover so that they can claim they're anti-Russia after they carry out all their other shady dealings with Russia.

or he's just speaking his mind.

we shall see.

Pence seems to take a harder stance on Russia than Trump has. In the vice-presidential debate against Kaine he showed his opposing opinion to Trump.
