I made it home safely. I don't see how dudes like Michael Floyd fall asleep at the wheel and catch duis. I had like 5 jack and cokes and a margarita and was able to drive home. I'm gonna feel it in the morning prob. No more drinking for me. I act too crazy when I drink. Sorry guys...

Meh. You don't even really start buzzing until the 3rd Jack and Coke. Depending how long he was posted he was probably fine to drive

Tebow back on that sauce? :{ :{ :{

Tebow, haven't you been sober for 16 months or something? I saw you mention potentially turning up in one of the sports threads (NFL or NBA). What made you give in, man

Yea I messed up tonight, disappointed in myself. I got a promotion at the job recently and went to a Mexican restaurant with coworkers after work today. Didn't drink but my coworkers were drinking. After they left I decided to stay for some reason and a glass of water turned into a couple Jack and cokes. I actually feel better this time about this slip up, because I know I can go a while without excessively drinking. I was also able to stop drinking tonight. In the past I would drink until I was pissy drunk or until the bar tender would stop serving me. I also was there for a minute and I ate while I was drinking, and I also had a glass of water after every drink. In the past I would go all day without eating and then get drunk which wasn't a good idea. I'm upset about relapsing, but it could have been 10x worse. No fights, no drama and I'm home preparing for tomorrow. I think I needed this slip up to prove to myself that I'm able to make a mistake but rebound without it impacting o my livelihood. I've messed up many jobs in the past because I missed work too much dealing with hang overs or I would go to work drunk or hung over. I'll approach tomorrow as a new day and a new journey for clarity and sobriety.

i can't judge you for that. props for recognizing what you did. if you lived in the same city as me, i will give you a ride next time.

Congrats on the promotion though, thought your bosses son or something got it?
Bosses son in law got it at first, but he didn't know what he was doing and was over his head. He got a job elsewhere so they ended up giving me the position. Thanks

Yea I won't drive drunk again. It's crazy but I've been pulled over drunk before took the breathalyzer drunk and passed. Those machines aren't always accurate.

"China's decision to award President Trump with a new trademark allowing him to profit from the use of his name is a clear conflict of interest and deeply troubling," Feinstein said in a statement.

"If this isn't a violation of the Emoluments Clause, I don't know what is."

Feinstein noted that China's move came days after Trump voiced support for the "One China" policy, which the U.S. has adhered to for decades but Trump questioned late last year.

Is there a limit of conflicts of interests he has to reach before action is taken.

They're making all these laws/clauses look extremely ineffective.

What is Trump doing? These golfing trips. Florida every week. Now he's going to Dubai?

I think that Trump is taking this whole "run the Country like a business" mantra too seriously. For the last 20, 30 years, the "run the Country like a business" ****ick was a multi faceted dog whistle which assured the base that a white man was coming to town in order to reassert any and all authority that was perceived to be lost as a result of "politics as usual." At the same time, the businessman, CEO of America bit was a reassurance to the donors that austerity for the poor and middle class was coming soon and welfare for the wealthy was on its way.

Donald Trump is actually acting like most CEO's of a very large and established companies. So naturally, he is going to Golf, bluster, expect everyone be deferential to him and ultimately collect his Golden parachute. America, you elected a man who sees us all as his own personal shelf company, his own personal Wolf Cola Inc.

Just watched the Bill Maher show today

Milo doing his typical attention baiting shtick in the interview

He got destroyed in the overtime panel though :lol
He resorted to calling two people stupid and he got a "**** you" back :rollin

Yep, that's the thing. While Milo is better than your average debater, he is just bullies people he knows he can upset easily. When he can't bully people, get folds and tries to rustle. When he can't rustle, he is helpless.
