On current topics though, objectively, this is the absolute weakest the White House has ever looked. Whether there was any teeth to the Russian connection claims or not, they just carefully manufactured some chaos and controlled the narrative. Fire Comey, Putin asks you to meet Kislyak in the White House, the man at the center of the controversy, no American media allowed but there was Russian state press. Our President lacks the intelligence to even recognize when he's being played and it's embarrassing and makes us look even more weak.

The foundation of trickle down is that you cut the taxes for the rich and corporation and the wealth "trickles" down.
Obama agreed on a compromise on the Bush tax cuts, the people that did get their taxes increased under the compromise where the rich, in the highest bracket. The compromise is Obama wanted to raise the next highest bracket too. Obama did the exact opposite of what trickle down theory says you should do.

So that means under your logic the keeping of the tax cuts didn't work (you are wrong anyway, but that is beside the point)
