It's how those laws are applied. Racism influences how the laws are applied to minorities.

-African americans commit drug offenses at roughly the same rate as white people. They are only ~13% of the population yet they are 37% of the people arrested for drug offenses

-They are several times more likely to be stopped and frisked than white people.

-They on average get 20% longer sentences than whites convicted for the same crime

-They are 3 times more likely to get their car searched than whites

-They are ~20% more likely to be detained in prison when awaiting a felony trial than whites.

The list goes on and on. The fact this has to be explained to you is why you deserve the KKK comparisons

But how is this even relevant? there could be a million other factors that coincide with these statements other then the white man is racist.

But part of the oath also includes fighting against domestic threats. Neoliberilsm, white supremacy , and religious nationalism are domestic threats to this nation, especially minorities.

- I have lived in America most of my life, I have happy payed my taxes, followed it's laws, and done tons of volunteering work and donated 5% of every dollar I have ever earned to charities to help people of all colors and backgrounds of this country
