Finding individuals who actually care enough to value the education of the child.. Like anyone else who truly loves what they do

For way too many individuals it's just collecting a check.. Unfortunately, the ramifications are more substantive if you have teachers who are waiting for the 3 or whatever time to reach

But how would you find those people?? Not arguing just interested. I don't know how many people I have interviewed That give amazing interviews and then turn out to be terrible at their jobs

Grand scheme, heavy involvement.. Rewarding quality individuals.. Make sure the cream rises

Like with my friend.. When she moved to the Bahamas a handful of years ago.. The school she works at, 3rd year she was put in charge of her year.. 4th year she was put in charge of the whole primary school

When I do have kids, I'm taking her advice on everything.. I'm fortunate enough to have someone in that position that can advise me on that
