There's not much to discuss with people like that.
I mean, if they enjoy drinking, bathing in, and cooking with lead-laced brown water and paying out their butt to use their local park for 30 minutes, more power to them. Let's just not make this a reality for the rest of those who understand the importance of those agencies.

Cl1b and blc are prime examples of the danger of a republican candidacy. The right will gladly erode the rights and protections every citizen should have as long as their party is the one to do it.

like with this whole iphone thing.. sure for that individual and those circumstances we can all see the obvious benefit.. but someone will always come up with a convenient scenario for when those powers should be used

Like I said, if having:
- the lights on 24/7,
- running water that won't poison you,
- functioning police and fire depts that won't charge you for the squad car's gas/ engine water when they come to you,
- buildings built with safety in mind,
- hospitals that will treat you in case of emergency instead of turning you back because you can't prove that you can pay for services right there and then,
- clean and well maintained streets,
- safe taxis (and public transportation)
- the peace of mind that your food isn't made with sick animals, toxic veggies, and uncontrolled additives
is a problem, I know a place that can accommodate you.
