During her (McDougal) interview she was asked if trump ever mentioned Ivanka. He said she was beautiful, like his daughter.

The woman you are cheating on your wife with reminds you of your daughter.

Chick tried to clean it up by saying that of course a father would brag about his daughter often and that she doesn't have kids but she brags about her dog a lot.

Trump compared her to one of his daughters, Ivanka Trump.

“He’s very proud of Ivanka, as he should be. I mean, she’s a brilliant woman. She’s beautiful. That’s his daughter, and he should be proud of her,” she told CNN’s Anderson Cooper in an interview that aired Thursday.

“He said I was beautiful like her, and, you know, ‘You’re a smart girl,’” she said. “And there wasn’t a lot of comparing, but there was some, yeah. I heard a lot about her.”

However, McDougal said she didn’t find it weird ― and then made a strange comparison of her own.

“I know a lot of people think it’s odd. But do I think it’s strange that a father would love his daughter so much that he brags about her? No, I brag about my dog that much.”

Killer Mike had a good point about other progressives not reciprocating the support they want from black folk, but even that point was undermined by being on NRA TV.

The NRA not only doesn't give a damn about black people's gun rights. Not only that they support far-right politicians that inflict tons of harm on black communities. Him making excuses for them crosses the line into tacit support for white supremacy.

What was even more ridiculous is that Killer Mike ran around the country in 2015 and 2016 with white progressives (Sanders and Stein), telling black folk that supporting them would be their best play.

I have my small to medium beef with white progressives and leftist, but to claim to throw them under the bus like that, given the platform was ridiculous. It was fallacy after fallacy with him

What the hell did Michael think he was going to accomplish with that interview? His whole point around black gun ownership is centered around the fact we've only been truly free a few decades. Okay, very fair point. But what does that have to do with better background checks or banning assualt rifles? Why would you be against that? Why would you go on a network/organization that perpetuates white supremacy and gives zero dambs about brown gun owners (see Philando Castile). Does he not recognize the NRA represents the interests of gun manufacturers that literally profit off death?
