As SOS she was responsible for maintaining all Security Protocols (OPSEC) in regards to classified information. Obviously she failed and should be charged accordingly just like any individual possessing a security clearance especially top level.
The scary part was that she failed to disclose hacking attempts when she was SOS.

But she isn't the first person to do though. Powell and Rice were doing the same thing. I think it boils down that she didn't talk to whoever she is supposed to before actually using a private email? I haven't had time to get into it too much but I think it's overblown to a certain degree. Not saying she's innocent either.

They didn't set up a private server like she did. Crooked Hillary didn't have permission and never asked permission about the private server.

Fair enough. Yea I knew she didn't go through the proper protocols and what not wasn't sure about the specifics. I mean I blame people for not catching this earlier to be honest. They should have forced her to change as soon as it was discovered not doing a witchhunt 4 years later.

Most of the middle east is burning down, and while i'm disappointed israel is going far right, i'm not shocked at all. There isn't even anyone to make a deal with. Who you gonna make a deal with and who will provide security? Abbas or Hammas?
The French have their own problems with islamic terrorism and they are dumb enough to think that forcing israel into a deal with the palestinians will prevent future attacks. It won't.

If great means my kids have to walk around in schools with armed teachers, or great means telling a desperate family of good-hearted immigrants that they have to go back to their terrible living conditions, or great means that we can freely pollute the environment because we don't want any government regulations, well take your "great" and !%!(% !%($!%($! !%(!% @#$!^ selfish #@$!.
I'm fine with being good. America was built on accepting good and sacrificing because there were more important things to go after. We sacrificed some security so that we could have freedom and privacy. We sacrificed wealth so that the helpless could find comfort on our land. We sacrificed political efficiency to ensure that no single man or party could subject this nation to their ideology. We sacrificed each of our personal selfish visions of what was best for this country so that we would make sure every minority group would be protected.
It's for those reasons that I'm not afraid of a Drumpf presidency but I am wary of what this election represents. Not only are these self-righteous and selfish right wingers not real Christians, they aren't real Americans.

Oh Christ,are we still going on about this email thing?In the meantime we've learned Trump University was a scam,like a literal scam,not accredited or didn't have the ability to confer college credit.I don't know what this annoying orange's cheap looking suits are made of,but I want some because apparently nothing sticks.

Hillary will still win, email scandal and all. I firmly believe that if they had something to prosecute her for (and were going to), it would've been done already. The timing is unfortunate, but I don't see the fallout from these new reports making her completely drop out. It'll definitely hurt her, but not enough to make her lose.

Not realizing that it is not moving the needle away from Hillary. Those who were undecided, are very unlikely to make their decision on Benghazi or the emails. These things don't matter to them. The only people swayed by Benghazi or the emails were people who would be voting for Trump anyway
As for nothing sticks... Keep playing Trump hoping the housing bubble bursts because people can make money off of it. That gains traffic.

I'm not going to to say that she didn't do anything wrong or didn't make some terrible decisions. But unless she legit broke the law AND they come after her legally for it, it'll have a minimal effect on her campaign amongst undecideds.

Let's look at our own history and put aside race and racism. Let's just look at white people liking under different economic conditions.
Settlers in most of the South had to started their economic lives in debt because the land was owned by very wealthy absentee land owners who lived hundreds and even thousands of miles away. In places like Minnesota and Wisconsin, settlers did not have to go into debt (to acquire the land at least). The reason was because of the North West Ordinance and the Homestead Act, basically a big government land giveaway for those who were willing to work the land.
Centuries later, white people in Minnesota and Wisconsin are much wealthier than the average white person in Georgia or the Carolinas. I am sure that white southerns aspired as much as German settlers in the upper Midwest but their generational wealth ultimately hinged on the terms of how they acquired their land.

That Clinton screen capped article above just buries down in the final sentence of the third-to-last paragraph:
The staffer says, "The Secretary's system was reviewed and approved by the State Department's legal staff"

The field goal posts have been moved go figure -- I don't care if she requested approval or guidance to conduct business through it, but that should be interpreted as 'She did conduct business through it' and in addition to that didn't request approval or guidance to do so.
Mwell great what about the last sentence in that third-to-last paragraph from the article screenshot above where it says it was reviewed and approved by the State Department's legal staff? So the investigation has concluded Clinton didn't request approval or guidance but they thought to come to her, guess that she was about to set up a personal email at her house not for Gov't documents but for some reason they needed to review and approve the email server at her home? If she weren't going to use it for business then why is the State Dept.'s legal staff not only reviewing this private email server at her home but also 'approving' it?

I don't think you're reading that correctly. From what i have read and seen on the news is that what that screencap is saying, is that a tech staffer brought it up and was lied to. It was never approved and the higher up lied to him to shut him up. Not that it was actually reviewed and okay.
People brought up concerns and were lied to saying it was approved. That's hiw i read it and what i have seen on msnbc.

They just said hey it's been approved, don't bring it up again while it actually wasn't. Or at least the OIG report didn't find any evidence that it was.
I think the IG explicitly said if she had asked for permission it would've been denied.

I don't think anyone has said it's a right wing conspiracy though. Matter of fact, I think most people (myself included) have acknowledged that she effed up.
The question is whether or not any legal ramifications are going to come from it. We can talk all day about how it was dumb, a huge risk, etc. And we'd be absolutely correct.
But unless she's charged with breaking some law, it isn't going to be the huge game changer that many hope it will be. Time will tell.

Thing is, the Dems think that the public's hate for Trump will overshadowed this situation and the info released. She better hope that an indictment doesn't come or it's a wrap.
