She didn't break any laws, so no.
I heard two different commentators tonight, one on fox and one on MSNBC, both say she broke the law after they read the report.

After one of the 2011 hack attempts Mrs. Clinton’s tech staffer shut the server down for a few minutes, hoping that would solve the situation
At one point in 2010, Mrs. Clinton’s emails were ending up in subordinates’ spam filters because they were coming from a non-state.gov account.

But she isn't the first person to do though. Powell and Rice were doing the same thing. I think it boils down that she didn't talk to whoever she is supposed to before actually using a private email? I haven't had time to get into it too much but I think it's overblown to a certain degree. Not saying she's innocent either.

They didn't set up a private server like she did. Crooked Hillary didn't have permission and never asked permission about the private server.
The Trump presidency seems very likely now.
I imagine it being only slightly better than whatever politics forum they have on 4chan
Speaking of the Middle East a few pages back, former Israeli PM and defense minister Ehud Barak warned that the "seeds of fascism" are being sowed thanks to their new Hard right governing coalition with an Ultranationalist in charge of Defense...
Some folks have been saying the country's been drifting towards fascism for years now but to hear it from someone of such stature and from the inside drives the point home. It is a little ironic coming from a man who imposed the blockade on Gaza a while back but the point is still valid.
The French may as well toss those Palestinian peace talk plans into the trash now . I wouldn't be surprised at all if the conflict escalated even more and their was another Intifada over the next few years unfortunately |I
I'm ok with being just good. Do we really need to be great? The Trump presidency seems very likely now.
He's going to make America great again. Get ready for our return to greatness.
Oh Christ, are we still going on about this email thing? In the meantime we've learned Trump University was a scam, like a literal scam, not accredited or didn't have the ability to confer college credit.I don't know what this annoying orange's cheap looking suits are made of,but I want some because apparently nothing sticks.
You lack da vantage point that most people feel we dont have that "American Exceptionalism" posture anymore.
This country subscribes to individualism.
And greatness starts by letting individuals aspire for as much as they want.
Why hold yourself back? Eff that. let's be great.
That Clinton screen capped article above just buries down in the final sentence of the third-to-last paragraph:
The staffer says, "The Secretary's system was reviewed and approved by the State Department's legal staff"
Well. Is that not what we're looking for?
The field goal posts have been moved go figure -- I don't care if she requested approval or guidance to conduct business through it, but that should be interpreted as 'She did conduct business through it' and in addition to that didn't request approval or guidance to do so.
Mwell great what about the last sentence in that third-to-last paragraph from the article screenshot above where it says it was reviewed and approved by the State Department's legal staff? So the investigation has concluded Clinton didn't request approval or guidance but they thought to come to her, guess that she was about to set up a personal email at her house not for Gov't documents but for some reason they needed to review and approve the email server at her home? If she weren't going to use it for business then why is the State Dept.'s legal staff not only reviewing this private email server at her home but also 'approving' it?
What the ****

I didn't expect him to. Him hammering Clinton on this report seems a bit out of character for him to me.I wonder if bernie realizes how stupid it was to lay off of clinton and her damn emails. Wonder if he was running to win or more some noise.
The server is the most downplayed and important part.
I don't think anyone has said it's a right wing conspiracy though. Matter of fact, I think most people (myself included) have acknowledged that she effed up.I think bernie stopped running a positive compaign a long time ago lol
He should have realized the story was legit when it was coming from the ny times. Its not a right wing conspiracy. She had an unchecked home brewed server set up for Christ's sake.
Maybe that is why bern hasn't dialed back. He took it off the table but knew a report would come out
