There is a difference between criminals being questioned and someone that has been convicted of a crime of dishonesty being questioned. @dacomeup is a lawyer. Surely he understands the rules of evidence and impeachment for crimes of dishonesty.

Fraud is such a crime. That, coupled with lying under oath to congress, pretty much makes his testimony far less than credible.

Serious individuals would not rely on this type of witness.
