Fox News confirms Trump also enlisted attorneys Joe DiGenova and Victoria Toensing in his Ukraine efforts.
Additionally, Fox also reports that the Pentagon, State Dept and National Security Council "unanimously supported" the Ukraine aid approved by Congress. In spite of that, Trump personally ordered a hold on the aid in the week before the July 25 call to Zelensky.

Trump's former Homeland Security Adviser went on the record, though the criticism is pretty muted.

'Enough': Trump's ex-homeland security adviser 'disturbed,' 'frustrated' by Ukraine allegations, says president must let 2016 go
"If he continues to focus on that white whale, it’s going to bring him down," Bossert said. "Enough. The investigation’s over."

Excerpt:
Bossert's view on Trump asking Zelensky to investigate Crowdstrike, the firm that initially examined the DNC servers and attributed the hack to Russia:
Bossert states that this conspiracy theory about Crowdstrike has no basis in reality whatsoever, noting that the repeating of that theory to the president causes it to "stick in his mind."
In doing so, perhaps accidentally, Bossert also paints the president as an idiot, prone to accept and obsess over loony conspiracy theories without question if you repeat them enough.

Trump is firing off a tweet storm personally attacking Fox News reporter Ed Henry for reporting on the Ukraine scandal. :smh::lol: What a clown show.
This is what set off Trump's fury:
The nerve of this peasant to even contemplate questioning His Excellency Grand Emperor Trump's actions, disgusting thought-crime worthy of firing him.

To expand on the above... He's overtly threatening retaliation against the whistleblower and individuals interviewed by the IC Inspector General.
Also calls for chairman Schiff to be "questioned at the highest level", presumably referring to a hypothetical criminal investigation, for fraud and treason.
The tweets threatening retaliation come shorty after an attorney for the whistleblower stated that they are in the process of scheduling congressional testimony before the House and Senate Intel committees.
In addition to House Intel, the chairman and vice-chair of the Senate Intel committee also publicly announced they are opening an investigation into the Ukraine matter and have reached out to the whistleblower for testimony.
Both the Acting DNI and the IC Inspector General testified to Congress that the whistleblower fully complied with the law.

Trump demands to meet whistleblower, warns of 'big consequences'
President Trump on Sunday evening railed against the whistleblower and other individuals at the center of a growing scandal involving his phone call with Ukraine's president, warning there could be "big consequences."

"Like every American, I deserve to meet my accuser, especially when this accuser, the so-called “Whistleblower,” represented a perfect conversation with a foreign leader in a totally inaccurate and fraudulent way. Then [Rep. Adam] Schiff made up what I actually said by lying to Congress," Trump said in a series of tweets.

"His lies were made in perhaps the most blatant and sinister manner ever seen in the great Chamber," he continued, before adding that he wants Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, "questioned at the highest level for Fraud & Treason."

"In addition," he added, "I want to meet not only my accuser, who presented SECOND & THIRD HAND INFORMATION, but also the person who illegally gave this information, which was largely incorrect, to the 'Whistleblower.' Was this person SPYING on the U.S. President? Big Consequences!"
