I’ve been furloughed for a week now because the protection only lasted through September. The Dems can flip the senate after Nov. 3rd and it befuddles me why the GOP haven’t made a conscious effort to negotiate a new package then claim the W for it. If Dems flip it on Election Day they’ll ram through the $3.4T bill they drafted.
