So I went to vote today. Didn't wanna deal with the crazy lines on Election Day. I used to live in Brooklyn and currently reside on Staten Island aka the Arkansas of NYC. This was the only borough of the 5 where Trump won the popular vote in 2016 and it was by a decent margin too.
The vibe was wild. It's like they saw a non White come in and they were like
this guy is definitely not voting for our boy Trump. I was just like
Gimme my **** and lemme be out. So I filled out the ballot for Kanye and I left. Overall took 10 minutes or less bc it's a pro-Trump area so you know they'll be fully staffed to ensure no voter suppression. I'm sure if this was a low income area they would've had 2 employees and 1 booth.
