I wonder if GOP has overplayed their hand.

And I think Dems need to be careful of just doing the opposite of everything that Trump did (a bunch of executive orders and trying to ram through judicial nominees while not really coming up with any long-lasting solutions or legislation). We need longer-lasting solutions like making the supreme court reflect the population and granting statehood to Puerto Rico.

I mean they have to. They need to tie up the loose ends that lead to it being repealed later. Start with packig the **** out of the Supreme Court. Create more seats and fill them too. **** it

I live in Florida and for what it is worth, most of the moderates I know who voted for Trump in 2016 because they were skeptical of Hillary are riding with Biden in 2020. Even some of my hard core republican friends are all of a sudden identifying as libertarian and pushing Jo Jorgenson. Most “regular” people have hopped off the Trump train. Unfortunately, there’s still a lot of idiots out there.
