Word.

"Have the police ever dropped an atomic bomb on a city? No? Then clearly there are no similarities and this comparison is totally invalid"
Dudes are providing facts and solid arguments against what you saying n you either dismissing em or moving goal posts...Thats the 1st steps to full on defense of the boys
I always forget dude a Canadian contrarian. but the data states the data states cops been killing folks with near impunity.
just tell them to stop killing people lol
This what it is at this point in here weeklyWe're sitting here telling you that the police are administered like the military procedurally and in many instances are heavily militarized. We're the ones that witness and experience it firsthand. Especially over the past six months. Disagreeing with that in your position ain't in your repertoire.
I wouldn't expect an American to try and tell you how the Canadian health care system moves.
You're full of **** and it's embarassing. Here's the actual words and sequence for anyone that comes across this lie:please do better.
I said that a policy that applies to policy obviously wouldn't apply to the military because they are not the same.
and as an example I claimed that police do not regularly employ drone strikes or carpet bombing as a policing tactic and their primary function is not killing people.
someone then found a time that the police used a bomb, to claim that I don't know I guess police regularly bomb people like the military.
This claim is obviously absurd.
okay let me know the next time a police department carries out a drone strike or carpet bombs a city
and then ill agree that it's "not by much"
Osh: You wrong! The polls and articles I searched for telling me that’s stupid...I don’t care what’s going on outside around you, y’all should listen to me cuz I know from the internet
yah sure this is what I said.
if you need to make up strawmen to argue against, i probabaly says something about your own position.

No I said the police and military aren't that different and you said they're not EXACTLY the same because of carpet bombings and drone strikes.
But no one said they're exactly the same. They're similar in how they're administered here and abroad, tactically, strategically, employ a lot of the same people, technology and so one. For some reason that wasn't enough for you to grasp the comparison and how the two lines could get blurred.
your claim, "the miltary and police are the same."
This is a total mischaracterization of that exchange, but alright
What do you think it says about your arguments that you are constantly needing to go back and tidy them up to say "this is what I actually meant"?

it's quite simple.
Defund the police doesn't actually make any sense,
so it's necessary to distort the position of an opposing interlocutor because arguing for defunding the police on the merits is untenable.
By god them boys look tough and cool as ****. Give them more monies.
policy prescriptions
almost like the military and police
have the same goals
in different locations
