Bannon didn't show up for his testimony to the House under a congressional subpoena yesterday. Schiff is now pushing for a contempt charge. Guessing that will probably happen as the House committee subpoenad Bannon on the spot when he was stonewalling questions the previous time.

While Fox News is running with some new "bombshell" FBI text revelations alongside live-tweeting from Trump (during his supposed intelligence briefing schedule), the WSJ already debunked the premise. Obama was referring to wanting information on election meddling, not Hillary's emails. The FBI's email investigation had already closed during the timeframe of those texts and it was not re-opened until October. Fox and some Republicans' premise is that those texts somehow prove that Obama was demanding full information about Hillary's emails and thus getting improperly involved I suppose. Hard to make sense of Hannity's rambling.
