got my copy at 9 pm at my local Fred Meyer yesterday evening. Only a few folks in line. Dude in line next to me had some og Olympic VI's all muddy smh.

after i loaded the game played for like an hour and quit because i knew that I'd be up till 6-7 am since I had a day off and didn't wanna mess up my sleep schedule. Great game though so far!

In Valentine I got a $158 bounty on my head. It's a spot there that has illegal activities. I robbed it thats how I ended up with my bounties.

Also, i stayed after the bear mission. Tried to kill it got my *** mauled. Game is dope so far

That’s how I got my bounty too. I’m up to $268 in Valentine. It’s on sight when I go there

Got trashed by that damn bear on the first attempt
Went after him and hunted him down afterwards but had to do it again due to a fatal error.
After killing it I raced my horse to the nearest trapper but didn't control the horse properly at some point and died from a crash over a big rock.

I took the bear down on the first attempt. Dead eye+2 double barrel shot gun rounds=K.O

does rdr2 have a timer/stat that tracks how many hours are played?

Game plays very slow compared to GTA but the details have me lost. I get distracted trying to start a mission because on the way there something happens. I need to get used to dead eye. I don’t use it enough.

Take it to the butcher in your camp. He’ll tell you to take it to some specialist. I lost mine on the way there from dying and now idk where it is smh

Only played a hour last night when my digital copy went live.

As other people have mentioned on twitter and such, the game moves incredibly SLOW. Not just story wise but gameplay wise. That first cabin you come across took forever to loot. To many button prompts that aren’t as smooth as they should be

It's hard to not get sucked in to whatever the hell is happening.
I was leaving Valentine's and these 2 peeping toms were about to watch these 2 drugged out people smash, one left when I came to join in on the fun and after I mugged the guy, of course there's a witness. So while I'm trying to calm this witness down I accidentally pull out my gun and that makes MORE witnesses. Then the police get involved so I just jet, just like that I got $100 bounty.
-O'Driscolls are so annoying, anybody coming at me sideways with an Irish accent just gets shot.

I'm slowly but surely doing the story missions still on chapter 2, trying to upgrade Dutch's living area. I was at a fence near a train station, caught the train, then robbed the train or tried to, they stopped it and I ran into the swamp, ended up in saint Denis, so I went to a fence there, sold off all my pocket watches, then went to the butcher, sold them the gator I hunted, now I'm at a saloon I'm going to stay overnight, but first playing some poker.

This game is worth every penny

Umm.. nope RDR 2 won't be on sale during Black Friday. R* produced game hardly do.

BLOPS 4 and NBA 2K will. So I'd suggest trading one of those in toward RDR 2 while you get the most money right now.

Man that Hosa mission while trying to hunt down the legendary Bear.We stuck together and after I shot the bear like 6 times it survived and Hosa asked if I wanted to ride back to camp or stay. I choose to stay, tracked the Bear down but got raped & mauled like Leo did in the revenant

Soooooo slow and clunky. I’m sure I’ll get used to the controls but everything is robotic right now. Also, what the hell, how long do I have to follow the boring storyline? I tried to go into a separate town and my horse died within 30 seconds on some “harsh conditions, return to camp” type bull. Following people on my horse is mad boring and that’s all I’ve done for 2 hours
