Got mine at Nike Outlet in Niagara..Canada.  Got a friend to check for me when he was there, and when he said "$109" i freaked out and got him to buy.  Apparently the employee over there was telling him they were "too expensive, especially for an outlet".

whole size.  i paid the mistake twice.  I bought a tts first which was to small, then .5 up and it was a little better but my toes were still touching the shoes.  So def a whole size
 
Honestly, just go to your nearest store and try one on because were all saying what we think when everyone's got a different type of foot and preference.
