I wish I could access some all-22 right now and watch both. From what I recall, Johnson is a better fit between the two. He's their prototype: tall, long and proficient in zone coverage. He was hurt this year, so it's hard to have a feel for him without watching some tape from 2016.
I like that Butler has a permanent chip on his shoulder. Scrappy CB that isn't afraid to mix it up. Doesn't shy away from tackles. I like that he went from UDFA to one of the best CBs in the league. Tells me dude is a grinder.
Both are upgrades.

btw, Trumaine Johnson is a local kid. I remember him going dumb in the end zone after an interception.

Jax CB Aaron Colvin is another guy to watch out for. They had him playing in the slot, but he has experience playing outside. There's also a connection to Saleh. I may or may not have seen John Lynch like a tweet about Aaron Colvin.
