Within L.A. city limits is cool. I actually like parts of it a lot. Long Beach, Santa Monica and Hollywood are great too. I went to school down there and still fly down one or twice a year because flights are so cheap. Always said it would be a fun place to live for a few years from 20-30 or so but raise kids there? ehh, DGB didn't impress me at all. Looked sluggish in his breaks and 4.5 at his size is Jon Baldwin type numbers. Nothing deserving of being compared to Megatron.
