Twinkle toes Mr. No Pocket Presence’s only redeeming quality was that it seemed like the guys in the locker room liked him. Other than that he was constantly hurt all the time. Turned 5 games into a nice payday when the team was in a dark place and proceeded to do a whole lot of nothing. The constantly being hurt and doing a whole lot of nothing is why they made a horrible trade to upgrade the qb position in the first place. He went to the Raiders and was *** on the Raiders too.

Like have whatever gripe with Kyle you want. But at the end of the he was a middle of the pack qb at best where the team got better when he had his final usual Jimmy G injury in 2022 and there was a competent qb in the backup position.

Not being able to sign kendricks hurt this squad a lot more than we thought. He’s just as much of a liability in coverage as campbell was but a much better tackler and can stop the run (two things this team sucked at)

Would’ve been a significantly better upgrade as greenlaw’s temporary replacement

Darnold has 69 starts under his belt. He has 91 TDs and 66 INTs.

Purdy has 34 starts under his belt. He has 59 TDs and 24 INTs.

There’s levels to this, and you’re the same tier as the guys who Purdy beat out.
