yeah risky ordering anything international totaling over $200, unless they're willing to mark it with a low value. that's why i made sure to adjust my quantity from 4 to 1 before checking out.

Well, if that happens...it happens.  It's hit or miss on duty.  If it happens...$$ on the market will make up for it.
