Critically acclaimed, no.  A 7/10, even 6/10 kind of indicates it's an enjoyable listen with some flaws.

Unless you just have ridiculously high standards of course.

**** the reviews, it's an elitist mentality as if they have superior ears when it comes to taste in rap music.

Honestly, Daft Punk could of easily done some grand track but Kanye specifically wanted an industrial stripped down minimalist sound.  Its been noted that he was in the Studio with Rick Reuben taking away elements from songs.  So the final product of On Sight probably sounded more Daft Punky but Kanye wasnt aiming for that.
