This is my first pair but they are to me. Ankle padding and tongue are soft. Insole is a typical insole, nothing special. But having them on feet, they’re comfortable

Could be personal preference, but I'm not one of those "that shoe was made in the 90s though!" people. Like I just beat a pair of 2015(ish) Penny IIs and decided since these was coming back out it was time to wear my 2015. Not sure I can keep going in them, the lateral movements in them just aint it for me.

Got mine in today as well. Quality is meh, midsole got nipples everywhere but I’m just happy to have them after all these years. Attached photos of the original spring ‘96 Nike look book. My brother and I used to walk up to the local sneaker shop so much when we were kids they’d give us stuff like this. I was probably 12 or 13 at the time. Held on to this after all these years.
