Give Kobe all the time he needs to recovering (plus more time). Trade Pau for picks, amnesty/trade Metta, maybe trade Nash if you can.

Thats the best way to go, but I feel like Kobe's arrogance is going to stop the Lakers from doing the right thing. The gift and the curse of arrogance.

They already got Sacre secured for next near. A legit 7 footer with no athleticism and no basketball skills.

These dudes did not want to sign Birdman, Martin, or even goudelock when the team was DEPLETED. What makes you think they want to sign anyone now?

This trash front office wasted more money on billboards and celebs than trying to add a free agent during the season despite Nash, Gasol, and Howard going down. Despite Artest and Clark being hobbled.

Chances are he's going mainly as a courtesy visit.

But you have to wonder: last we heard from Morey, he tweeted he hasn't heard from Dwight. So could Dwight be going with one last demand before he's all the way out? Whether it be fire MDA or trade Kobe or get me TWO shows on Time Warner.

No one wanted to sign Birdman because he was being investigated for child porn. I don't know about you but as an owner regardless of desperation like Miami, I don't want that in my house. He still hasn't been cleared of those allegations.

I was asking for Martin and Tmac during the season. It would have been better than sacrificing Kobe for 48 minutes and not having Gasol for a whole month.
