AWG but those legs man :evil I just love blondes.
Need to watch Bad Teacher now :lol

Cammy is hit and miss for me. Sometimes she looks great and other times, eh, not so much. That said, when I saw the Mask in the theater when it came out I thought she was the most beautiful girl I'd ever seen (that was probably in part to smoking before the movie, but she did look really good in it).

And sidenote, her outfit in that pic looks like something Mariah Carey would wear. I like it.

That trailer for Bad Words looks awesome. :lol

And the previews after of Walk of Shame and Someone Marry Barry were just as funny. :rollin

Elizabeth Banks.........am I the only one?

No sir. Ms. Banks is very fine looking.

I thought Aaron Eckhart was gonna have a big career after Thank You For Smoking. Hasn't really happened.

Cameron Diaz looked sexy as hell in The Counselor
Best believe I'm watching that when it comes to Netflix then. But how was the movie overall? Pretty good cast with Fassbender, Pit, Barden, Penelope, etc.
Everyone said it sucked but I still want to see it i'm surprised it hasn't "dropped" yet

I definitely liked Eisenberg over Leo in Shutter Island.

Leo has no chance this year IMO. I actually thought it was surprising that he beat out Joaquin Phoenix in Her, and that was without Matthew McConaughey and Chiwetel Ejiofor nipping at his heels. I feel like Bale got a little too much credit for his work in American Hustle. He was great, but I don’t even think that was his best performance of the year. I liked him a lot more in Out of the Furnace. I also liked Hugh Jackman more in Prisoners than I did Bale in Hustle, but Prisoners isn’t an Oscar kind of movie.

Leo’s biggest competition this year is McConaughey and Chiwetel. It would be awesome if Matthew swept the big three awards with his performance in DBC (which I have yet to see), but I really hope Chiwetel wins the Oscar. I don’t want to see 12 Years a Slave getting any more snubs.

I’ve only seen two of the films this year in which there are Oscar nominated women, but am I the only one who feels like ScarJo did enough to get a nod for her performance in Her? I don’t know if she would have been a Supporting Actress or just Actress, but she made that film, and it’s nominated for Best Picture and Best Screenplay. I just feel like she made that performance.

I feel like overall American Hustle got too many nominations. Best Picture, Best Actor (Bale), Best Actress (Adams), Best Supporting Actor (Cooper), Best Supporting Actress (Lawrence), Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Production Desgin, Best Costume, Best Film Editing.

It was aiiiiite. Not much to the story but its a great watch if you're into folk music and wanna learn about the scene in Greenwich Village back in the 60s

Alright, I'll give it a watch.

Saw Her last night btw, interesting movie... i can't help but think that something like this will actually happen in 10 years. Phoenix was phenomenal, as was SJ's voice.

I'm thinking McConaughey will sweep and win. The same sweep goes for 12 Years a Slave for Best Picture.

Would love if Leo won. Hell, I want any Wolf nom to win. Winter deserves it for Adapted Screenplay, that's for sure.

I'm going to find it incredibly odd if 12 Years a Slave wins Best Picture, yet the film gets no Oscars for any Actor/Actress performances. This isn't a Argo where the plot can carry the film to greatness. 12 Years a Slave was VERY character driven, dialogue-driven. Yeah, it's awesome that they got nominations, but I hope at least one or two of them win too.

Still can't believe Joaquin didn't get nominated for Best Actor, he was better than Leo and Bale IMO

I might be biased because Her is my favorite movie of the year and I'm a huge Phoenix fan but still, that role is all chops, he was by himself 50% of the damn movie.

Didn't I hear Joaquin is being blackballed by some award shows for doing The Master? (another awesome performance he and Hoffman got looked over for). I think it's either that or he pissed someone off with I'm Still Here.

It's one of the best films this year(you know what I mean). Certainly better than some other films nominated.

Wow man, I went in with little expectations.. since a lot of people called it boring and slow but I completely agree, it's one of my top 5 of the year. I can understand people thinking it was slow but if you invest yourself in the character, it really isn't and it actually takes a hold of you. I attribute that to Oscar Isaac's great performance, dude was great. I still hate Carrie Mulligan and how much of a bish she was throughout the whole thing, but overall.. it definitely was a great movie and kept my attention throughout. Felt bad for the dude and his shortcomings. The cat was pretty boss too :hat

Probably also enjoyed it a lot more than others because I thought the music was great.

While we're on topic of snubs, Oscar Isaac should of definitely been nominated as well.. along with Phoenix. Replace Bale with someone, he did a good job but I don't think it stood out more than the first two mentioned.

Unfortunately I would not be surprised by this at all knowing how intertwined Scientology is within Hollywood but it would be a travesty.

The Master was magnificent and you're right Phoenix and Hoffman got shafted, two of the best performances you'll see in 1 film in my opinion.

I'm Still Here was hilarious :lol

People hated it, some even left the theatre I was in but I loved it.

Very heavy on the dialogue/philosophy due to the writer being a novelist. Great individual performances in the movie though, loved Pitt and Barden but Diaz absolutely stole the show. One of the best performances I've seen from her, there is a scene involving a car that you'll love :lol

I don't think Joaquin is blackballed, he was still nominated for Best Actor last year even though he dissed the Academy. He definitely doesn't spend much time on the circuit campaigning or anything and it was a crowded field this year so he missed out.

I agree that he was better than Bale, but I'm not sure about Leo.

I also though Scarlett was better than a lot of other females that I've seen this year.

I thought she was just as good.
