Each his own. But you can't be "factually wrong" about something as subjective as a television show.

I watched the first 5 seasons or so and called it a wrap. Last thing I remember was a big ocean rig and this dude

It became preposterous right around this time.

Lost was coo for the time I was watching it. But it says something about how convoluted a show is when nothing I've come across on the internet can accurately and concisely summarize the show in a way that's not confusing for someone who's new. Hell it'd been confusing for me and apparently I watched all the way to season 4 [emoji]128514[/emoji] lol

Most sci fi shows are confusing for dumb ppl and ppl completely brand new to it.

You'd be just as confused if I explained Fringe, X-Files, Sliders, Orphan Black, etc. to you.

Keep in mind there's a simple way to summarize LOST for you but it wouldn't do the show justice.

Orphan Black is easy to summarize. Chick saw someone who looked like her kill herself. Then she realized that chick was a clone. Then she realized there were more clones. It's a show about clones. Lol, the finer details are eluding me cuz it's been a minute since I watched and I'm not up to date on the show.

I'm certain if the show was fresh in my head I can summarize the first two seasons succinctly.

That's a perfect example of a summary not doing the show justice

You were asking for a s5 summary barely recalling what went down from s1-s4. Of course you're confused and still LOST.

If that's the case; Lost is about a bunch of ppl who survived a plane crash and ended up on an uncharted mysterious magical island with a scary smoke monster on it and a group of ppl who are already on the island that kill and kidnap them for unknown reasons.

S5 is about a group that came to the island for scientific purposes during the 70s, their conflict with the hostile ppl already livng on the island, and how some of the plane crash survivors played a role in the events at that time.
